Shipping policy
1. Expected Delivery Time
- Worldwide Delivery:
- Unstitched Orders: 15–20 working days
- Stitched Orders: 25–30 working days
- Customized Stitching with Linings: Additional 7 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated. Orders may take longer due to customs clearance, government holidays, or peak season delays.
2. Delivery Restrictions
- Deliveries cannot be made to India and Bangladesh due to legal and regulatory restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.
- Couriers used: Skynet and DHL.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier and tracking information.
- Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see the email.
5. Customs & Duties
- Customs and import duties may apply upon arrival in your country.
- Jazmin is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or clearance fees charged by customs.
- Payment of applicable duties is required to release your order.
6. Proof of Delivery
- Proof of delivery (POD) can only be provided within 10–15 working days after the order has been delivered.
