Refund policy
1. International Orders
- All international orders on www.jazminpk.com are prepaid only and processed via secure payment gateways.
- Once confirmed, international orders are final and binding.
2. Order Confirmation & Modification
- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.
- Any requests for changes after confirmation will not be accepted, except in rare cases authorized by Jazmin management.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Stitched Orders: 25–30 working days
- Customized Orders: Additional 7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. Such delays do not entitle customers to refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges applicable in their country.
- Delays due to customs inspections or regulations are beyond Jazmin’s control and do not qualify for refund, exchange, or cancellation.
In rare cases of exchange, all shipping charges and customs duties (both ways) must be borne by the customer.
5. Payment & Duplicate Transactions
- Payments are processed through secure gateways.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method after confirmation from the payment gateway.
6. No Exchange / No Refund Policy
- International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Refusal to accept delivery or failure to clear customs will not be entertained.
- Rare Exception: Exchanges may be considered at Jazmin’s discretion, with all shipping and customs charges paid by the customer.
7. Customization Notes
- Customization notes are only valid if customization is selected and paid for.
- Notes added without selecting customization will be ignored.
8. Product Representation & Quality
- Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in color, design, embroidery, or embellishments may occur due to handcrafted production and fabric availability.
- Size, fitting, or color variations do not constitute defects. Customers are advised to review size charts and product descriptions carefully.
- Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
9. Risk Transfer & Courier Liability
- Once the order is handed to the courier, all risk transfers to the customer.
- Jazmin is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or delay during transit.
- Courier receipt, tracking, and delivery confirmation are valid proof of dispatch.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Jazmin.
- Chargebacks due to delivery delays, customs issues, size, design preference, or color variations are invalid.
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent blocking of future orders.
11. Fraud Prevention
- Jazmin reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders, refuse service to customers with prior chargebacks, or block customers involved in fraudulent activity.
12. Final Authority & Policy Updates
- All policies, product descriptions, and terms on www.jazminpk.com are final and binding.
- Jazmin reserves the right to interpret and update these terms at any time.
- The version applicable at the time of order placement applies to that order.
